Basket of Plastic Yarn (plyarn)

Global warming needs to be addressed by reduction, reuse and recycling. It is hard to believe but this beautiful and sturdy bag is made up of used polythene bags. These bags were washed clean, dried and then cut into strips to make Plastic Yarn, called plyarn in short, which was used to crochet this bag. It is sturdy enough to carry 15kg of grocery or veggies.

Get one and show the world that you are doing your bit to reduce the carbon footprints on this Earth. Carry it to the market or use it at home to keep your craft stuff (as I do). If you know a die-hard knitter or crocheter, there cannot be a better gift for her/him than this, to store stash.

Or use it as beach bag or picnic hamper.

It is washable and hence easy to maintain.
